Nonnas in Training
Food, Family, Culture and Nonna
The aim of getting to know Nonna is to keep the passing down of technique and knowledge alive from one generation to another, and from one culture to another. Every weekend a different international Nonna will be available Friday-Sunday 11:30am to 2pm for a one on one cultural conversation with the resident Nonna of the day. Use the registration form below to let us know your availability and we will contact you with your enrollment date to come in and participate in this rare and unique opportunity.

Food, Family, Culture and Nonna is a free program that aims to keep the passing down of technique and knowledge alive from one generation to another, and from one culture to another.

A different international Nonna cooks at the restaurant every night the restaurant is open, so the Nonna cooking on the same date as your scheduled training session will be the Nonna you will be trained by, however if the session is scheduled further out than our Nonna calendar it will be impossible to predict who that will be. Also keep in mind, the Nonna calendar is always subject to change based on the unpredictability of their own personal schedules.
