Welcome! We are thrilled to be partnering with several neighborhood friends to bring you fresh, delicious foods. Please enjoy our nonne-approved cheese, vegetables, and meats.

Appetizer:Soap Paraguaya: Traditional corn bread made with cornmeal, fresh corn, and mozzarella cheese

Entree:Bife Koygua: A traditional Paraguayan beef stew made with flank steak simmered with onions, tomatoes and fresh herbs, topped with a fried egg 

Entree:Colitas de Res con Arroz:Flavorful stewed oxtail with aromatic spices and a rich broth served with white rice 

 

FROM OUR JAPANESE NONNA, YUMI

Eggplant Dengaku-This delicious, classic Japanese dish consists of a steamed than char-grilled sliced eggplant scored and brushed with a homemade sweet and savory miso glazed sauce. Sprinkled with white and black sesame seeds, Seven Japanese Spice seasonings and served with seasonal simmered vegetables

 

MENU DELLA CASA

Harvest Salad: Roasted beet salad with strawberries and crumbled feta cheese served on bedded mixed greens, drizzled with a red wine vinaigrette. Topped with candied walnuts, oranges and fresh parsley. 

Insalata del Giardino: Mixed greens with cucumbers, radish, tomatoes, and onions in a flavorful light vinaigrette 

Peperoni Ripieni Piccanti: Long hot peppers stuffed with seasoned pork, cheese and breadcrumbs served with roasted potatoes *very spicy* 

Polpette : Our delicious meatballs! Made with ground beef and fresh herbs, four flavorful meatballs served in our classic ragu with a side of ricotta 

Entrees:

Coniglio della Casa: Herb- roasted tender rabbit baked with potatoes and carrots

Lasagna Della Nonna Layers of pasta with a flavorful beef ragu, ricotta and mozzarella in a classic Italian tomato sauce 

Spinach Lasagna Layers of pasta with spinach, ricotta and our flavorful, house-made marinara sauce 

Pollo alla Cacciatora A warm and hearty stewed chicken cacciatore dish bursting with flavor! Served with a side salad 

Char-grilled Zucchini (Gluten Free and Vegan): Char-grilled scored zucchini topped with a delicious ratatouille made with eggplant, tomato, olives and capers resulting in a beautifully caramelized and flavorful dish! 

Branzino al Cartoccio: Mediterranean Sea bass baked in parchment paper with a lemon-herb sauce. Served with vegetables 

Capuzzelle: Lamb’s head roasted with fresh herbs, vegetables and baked with white wine.  Served with side vegetables 

 

Gelato: House-made gelato 

Choice of one flavor: Coffee, Vanilla

Gluten-Free Basque Cheesecake: Delicious Basque cheesecake boasts a creamy center and a deeply caramelized “burnt” top, thanks to a high-temperature bake. Originated in Spain! 

Gluten-Free Gateau au ChocolatDark, delicious gluten-free chocolate cake with house-made whipped cream and a mixed berry sauce 

Banana Pudding: Luscious layers of sweet vanilla pudding with home-made cookies, dark chocolate chips and a fresh sliced crème brulee banana make up this delicious dessert!
